Chocolicious breakfast recipe

Ingredients:

Medium ripe bananas – 2 

Eggs – 2

Unsweetened almond milk/ regular milk – 1/2 cup

Vanilla extract – 1 tsp

Nourish Organics Amaranth Muesli – 1 ½ cups

Baking powder – 2 tsps

Ground cinnamon – ½ tsp

Salt – ¼ tsp

Olive oil –  as required for cooking

Method:

Blend all the ingredients until completely smooth. 

Lightly coat a griddle with coconut oil or olive oil and place over medium heat. 

Add 1/3 cup of the batter to the griddle for each pancake and cook for 2-4 minutes until pancakes slightly puff up and you see a few bubbles along the edges.

Flip cakes and cook until golden brown on underside.

Top it with melted dark chocolate & fresh fruits to serve.
